Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan via EMS of Japan Post or DHL (Shipping carrier will be chosen by seller) to ebay registered address only. 

The item will be shipped from Japan. Weather condition, customs clearance and other factors may affect the delivery date and time.

We are not responsible for the lost, stolen, damaged or other flaws that occurred during the transportation in your country. Therefore, if such a case occurs, please report the complaint directly to the carriers like USPS, DHL USA and any carriers in your country without any delay. After the investigation based on your claim to them, we will consider a partial or full refund to cover such cases.  

When your package is returned to us as a result of an insufficient/unknown address, not deliverable, refused or not called for, we will not be able to re-ship it and your order will be cancelled automatically. 

EMS: Delivery takes about 4-7 days to Asia & USA, and takes 5 to 10 days to Europe. 

DHL: Delivery takes about 3 business days to USA.

The product pictures may not show the exact color of the item due to the wide range of computer monitors, color displays, the lighting conditions, etc.
